Oumou Sangare has reworked her “Mogoya” album as an acoustic vocal tour-de-force.

Sahel’s latest Saharan WhatsApp features ngoni man Kandiafa and producer Luka Guindo.

Croatian band Dunja Knebl and co. perform a range of folk songs from East and West Europe.

Finnish musicians Maria Kalaniemi, accordion, and Eero Grundström, harmonium, dedicate their album to the natural world.

Cinder Well is American singer-songwriter Amelia Baker, now relocated to the West of Ireland.


Paolo Angeli plays Sardinian prepared guitar on an interpretation of Lorca’s work.

The latest volume of the Imaginational Anthem series of solo guitarists is devoted to European musicians.

Calypso veteran Walter Ferguson is now 101 and many gather to sing and play his songs.
